Following on from Leicester City’s historic season, we now all get a lovely trip to Wembley to face Manchester United in the FA Community Shield and we’ve only gone and got 5 pairs of tickets to give away to our Cool As Leicester readers.
The FA Community Shield sponsored by McDonald’s is the annual curtain raiser for the football season and has been played for over 100 years. Taking place at Wembley Stadium, the game is the perfect way to kick off of the 2016/2017 fixtures.
Now one of the most prestigious fixtures in the domestic football calendar, the FA Community Shield, presented in partnership with the FA’s Community partner McDonald’s, will pit the reigning League champions and the FA cup holders against each other.
This year’s match, taking place on Sunday 7 August, will feature Premier League winners Leicester City taking on FA Cup holders Manchester Utd, and thanks to our friends at McDonald’s, you could win the chance to be in the stands to watch the match.
