There’s a new all day dining destination in Leicestershire, with The Fairway Brasserie now open at Scraptoft Golf Club.
From hearty breakfasts and relaxed lunches to comforting classics and something for the little ones too, The Fairway Brasserie is all about good food, done properly.
Their menu is built around quality ingredients and comfortable dining, whether you’re visiting for a morning coffee, a catch-up brunch or bringing the family along for Sunday lunch.
Alongside the menu, their counter is filled with treats including freshly baked cakes and homemade sausage rolls ready to enjoy in or take away.
They also offer a dedicated children’s menu, allowing them to build their perfect meal with ice cream.
Owner and Head Chef at The Fairway Brasserie, James, added, “With nearly 20 years in the industry, including many years as a Head Chef in busy kitchens across Leicestershire, and most recently three years as a Development Chef working alongside Michelin-starred chefs, the time felt right to take on a new challenge and build something of my own, closer to home.
Alongside my partner Natalie, whose background is in hospitality marketing, we’ve created The Fairway Brasserie with a clear and simple focus, freshly prepared classics, done well, using quality ingredients.
While we’re proud to enhance the experience for golfers, our aim goes beyond that. We want The Fairway Brasserie to become a destination in its own right, somewhere everyone feels welcome to visit.
Great food, a relaxed setting and views across the beautiful course and woodland… it doesn’t get much better than that.”
