Now then, if you haven’t visited Deli Flavour before then you are missing out on a treat! This hidden treasure has been voted one of the top 50 delis in the whole country by The Independent and also included in The Times ‘Best Food Shops’ supplement.
It’s situated in the oh so swanky mini shopping area of Allandale Road in Stoneygate and is packed full of a huge range of tasty treats. Whether you’re going there to grab lunch (I can’t recommend their sandwiches and wraps highly enough), arrange food for a party or to get a selection of jams, chutneys and condiments, you certainly won’t be disappointed. They even make up individual gift hampers and do a cheese wedding cake (yes a wedding cake of cheese!) to die for.
You get the idea though… they’re fabulous! And now they’re even more accessible. We can exclusively announce that from 8th April Deli Flavour will have a permanent stall at the new Leicester food market on Fridays and Saturdays! Now there’s no excuse not to stop by and pick up a coffee and a sandwich along with your chutneys and jams. Take some home to your mum and make her day!
