It’s all go go go in the world of music in Leicester today! Finally after nearly every other festival in the country seems to have announced their line-up we’ve got some of the bill for Summer Sundae. In the first announcement are The Maccabees, Graham Coxon (yes, that bloke out of Blur, woo), Newton Faulkner, The Bees, Bellowhead and a whole heap more. For full details just check out the Summer Sundae website. Apparently we’ll get more names in a few weeks, who do you want to see added? (No more shouts for Kasabian, we all know it’ll never happen)
If that’s not enough excitement, tonight Example is at the O2 Academy. Oh, what did we do before the O2 Academy opened?! He’ll be down there performing the likes of Kickstarts and Won’t Go Quietly. However, I do believe that it’s sold out, so if you’ve got a ticket Enjoy!
Don’t cry if you’ve not got a ticket though because the quite simply brilliant, electronic rock outfit of Does It Offend You, Yeah? are down at Sub91 tonight too! Tickets are only £10 and you can grab them online here. If you don’t know them then get on Spotify or MySpace and give them a listen.
