Wine and animals, what a lovely Saturday night. Join Twycross Zoo to celebrate ape conservation; meet their conservation partners working in ape endangered  countries, raise a glass to wildlife and enjoy a relaxing stroll around the Zoo.

The event on Saturday 15 July runs from 5pm to 8.30pm and your tickets will include zoo admission, 5 wine tastings, grazings at each food kiosk and conservation talks, plus there’ll be soft drinks for the designated driver.

On the night, Twycross Zoo will be joined by world renowned ape conservationists to share their vast experience in the field all around the world. You can hear about the crisis apes face every day and how they fight for their survival both in the wild and in human care. At the end of each talk, one of the Zoo Keepers will also be available, along with the speaker, to answer any questions you have.

The talks will focus on Orangutans, Gibbons, Chimpanzees, Bonobos and some of the zoo’s amazing primate artefacts.
